We are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 8-12 days, however in some cases it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery, this mostly applies to our free product giveaways as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Do you offer order tracking?
Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us using the contact form and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can.

When will my order ship?
We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 8-12 days, however in some cases it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to most locations around the world.

For World Wide shipping, we have various warehouses around the World. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

My order arrived broken or damaged
Sorry about that! Unfortunately, shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at using the contact form and tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out.
Why am I missing items?
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know.
My order never arrived
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us at email using the contact form, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out.
